What you will do
- Lead Finance Shared Services (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, and Finance Systems) across eight European markets.
- Design and deliver the strategic roadmap towards a centralized Shared Services Centre (SSC).
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant finance operations supported by strong internal controls.
- Standardize and streamline finance processes across multiple countries to improve efficiency.
- Lead automation and finance systems improvements in collaboration with Technology teams.
- Manage the Shared Services budget, productivity, and cost-to-serve.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience running Finance Shared Services or multi-country finance operations.
- Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Finance Systems.
- Proven experience designing, building, or implementing a Shared Services Centre.
- Experience working across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Strong financial controls, governance, and compliance experience.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
Nice to have
- Experience working within fintech, payments, technology, or other high-growth international businesses.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, automation, and finance systems.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience.
