TL;DR
Tier 3 Product Support Engineer (Networking & Security): Resolving complex customer technical issues for a cloud-native SASE platform with an accent on networking, routing, and security protocols. Focus on diagnosing production environment failures, collaborating with R&D for permanent fixes, and acting as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients.
Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic (three days per week in the office and two days working from home)

What you will do
- Own and manage high-level customer technical issues through to full resolution.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex networking and security problems in real production environments.
- Collaborate directly with R&D and Product Management to identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for customers, aligning their business needs with technical solutions.
- Monitor customer status to identify potential risks and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and expansion of Cato's global Support Services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tier 3-4 Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Pre-Sales Engineer within networking or information security companies.
- Strong technical expertise in Networking, Routing, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Packet Analysis.
- Deep troubleshooting abilities and a passion for resolving complicated technical problems.
- Experience working with Cloud and SaaS technology providers.
- Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, and security protocols.
- Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic to support the hybrid work model.
