Operations Engineer (Telecom)

Location: Brno, Czechia; onsite work with 24x7 shifts of 12 hours

What you will do

• Monitor a large number of customer platforms across the telecommunications product portfolio.
• Handle customer incidents in line with defined SLAs and coordinate communication with support teams and stakeholders.
• Perform regular platform health checks and prepare customer reports.
• Analyze monitoring alarms, incident reports, and service tickets to identify and resolve issues.
• React promptly to operational situations and manage communications throughout incident resolution.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24x7 operation.
• Basic Linux skills, including command-line navigation, files, processes, permissions, and text editors.
• Interest in learning new technologies and working with a variety of monitoring tools.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills at approximately B2/FCE level.
