What you will do

• Drive frontend innovation and set the technical direction for React-based applications.
• Define and own frontend architecture, ensuring overall code quality and system performance.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered features and interactions.
• Mentor frontend engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user needs into exceptional UX.
• Evaluate new technologies to propose improvements to development processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading or owning frontend architecture in production environments.
• English proficiency: C1 or higher required.
• Expertise in state management (Redux, React Query, Zustand) and performance optimization.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Kraków.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience with React Native.
• Familiarity with Java backend technologies and APIs.
• Experience with AI frameworks and AI-assisted programming.
