What you will do

• Act as the lead "Customer Zero" practitioner, configuring and deploying Alpha platform capabilities within Okta's corporate IAM tenant.
• Lead the hands-on architecture and configuration of security for non-human, autonomous AI workloads (O4AA), defining authentication and authorization patterns.
• Build technical deployment blueprints for anti-session hijacking defenses leveraging Okta Identity Engine (OIE) and Chrome DBSC.
• Collaborate as a technical peer with product management and engineering to influence the future of the platform based on real-world system behaviors.
• Contribute to technical content, including deep-dive video series and roundtable sessions at Oktane, to share deployment playbooks.

Requirements

• Extensive practical experience managing and troubleshooting Okta in complex enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on mastery of Okta Identity Engine (OIE), Directory Integrations, Advanced Policies, Workflows, and Okta Platform APIs.
• Deep knowledge of core protocols: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, mTLS, JWT, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong technical understanding of identity threat vectors, including AiTM phishing and session hijacking.
• Must be based in Ireland.
