What you will do

• Provide triage, analysis, and resolution of network incidents across complex international environments.
• Manage incidents end-to-end and act as a major incident manager when structured coordination is required.
• Troubleshoot and configure networking equipment, including Cisco and Meraki technologies.
• Use network management systems to identify issues, assess impact, and support accurate diagnosis.
• Collect packet captures and perform initial analysis to support incident investigation.
• Coordinate with local contacts, service providers, and technical teams to resolve connectivity and hardware issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hands-on troubleshooting and configuration within large multinational corporate networks.
• Experience working directly with Cisco IOS, Meraki Dashboard, WLAN technologies, and network implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN, and OSI Model.
• Understanding of ITIL principles, including event, incident, problem, and change management.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or comparable certification is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cisco NSO, SAE, UCS, ISE, DUO, and VMware.
• Experience with network management tools such as Nagios, SevOne, LiveNX, SolarWinds, NetScout, or ServiceNow.
