What you will do

• Lead the full onboarding process for APM providers and acquiring banks from first contact through technical setup and launch.
• Negotiate business and contract terms with partners as part of the onboarding cycle.
• Track and report on the status, timelines, and delays of onboarding projects.
• Develop and implement onboarding strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in Fintech, specifically in partners onboarding or account management roles.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, alternative payment methods, and gateways.
• Demonstrated experience managing onboarding cycles and technical coordination.
• English: C1 required
• Russian: C1 required
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
