Media Executive

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK (Hybrid role with 15 work-from-home days per year).

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute trade partner activity across retail media and eventing channels.
• Ensure all campaigns and activations are delivered on time and to high standards.
• Lead the planning and execution of key partner events to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Act as a central point of contact between brand partners and internal teams.
• Manage activity trackers, calendars, and partner investment budgets accurately.
• Process invoices and reconciliations to ensure efficient budget management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in IT systems including Excel and email.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude.
