What you will do

• Own and evolve the DevOps function, including build/deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Design secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid product iterations.
• Improve system observability using Datadog and GCP.
• Implement FinOps governance and cost accountability models across engineering teams.
• Build internal tooling and reusable modules to enhance developer productivity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define cost-effective architectural patterns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering, preferably in high-growth startups.
• Proficiency in Python or Go with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Experience with GCP (preferred) and cloud cost management tools (e.g., Kubecost, GCP Cloud Billing).
• Strong background in building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
• Must be based in Ireland.
