TL;DR
Fullstack Software Engineer (AI): Building and scaling AI-powered debt collection products with an accent on end-to-end ownership of TypeScript-based services. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).

What you will do
- Own end-to-end development using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Design and iterate on customer-facing products for portfolio management and AI conversation analysis.
- Build scalable integrations with CRM, ERP, and core banking systems.
- Contribute to internal AI tools and automation machinery to accelerate team productivity.
- Ship code to production frequently and maintain high standards for system reliability and latency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and scaling production software.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Proven ability to design, run, and debug real-world production systems.
- Strong ownership mindset: ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Critical approach to using AI tools for development while maintaining full responsibility for the code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Previous experience in AI/ML projects or startup environments.
