What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation of Spring Boot microservices and shared libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to refine requirements and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices across the team.
• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
• Build and enhance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Ensure production readiness and smooth delivery in collaboration with QA and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• Expert-level Java development with deep experience in Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Proven experience leading as a Technical Lead or Development Lead.
• Strong experience with Maven, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and other MQ technologies.
• Experience with Oracle databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Very good English level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as GitLab or Jenkins.
• Exposure to authentication protocols like LDAP, OIDC, and Kerberos.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
