Fullstack Engineer (Healthtech)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build and ship prod-quality fullstack features from scratch for the Prévenir medical service.
• Design and implement seamless experiences for both digital platforms and onsite medical centers.
• Collaborate directly with doctors, nurses, product designers, and researchers to solve real-world medical challenges.
• Maintain and scale a proprietary medical stack using Python, Flask, and React.
• Take distributed ownership of features, from initial design to daily deployment.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
• 2+ years of experience shipping production-quality fullstack features.
• Comfortable working across both backend and frontend domains.
• Strong interest in building scalable, reliable systems with regulatory constraints.
• French fluency is a plus for interacting with medical teams and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in working onsite in Paris to design the physical member experience.
• Previous experience in 0-to-1 product development.
• Familiarity with the existing stack (Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL).
