What you will do

• Design, build, and operate automated signals, dashboards, and insights consumed directly by senior leadership.
• Ensure strict data quality and traceability, documenting all calculation logic to maintain intelligence credibility.
• Partner with Product Directors to translate operational data into decision-ready narratives for leadership forums.
• Implement AI and agentic workflows to automate governance and reporting, aiming for measurable ROI in reclaimed hours.
• Collaborate with Engineering on upstream instrumentation to define critical data requirements and problem-solving goals.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, decision intelligence, or analytics engineering, ideally in B2B Product environments.
• Strong hands-on skills in performant SQL and Python (Pandas), data modeling, and ETL pipelines.
• Proven ability to design automated insight and monitoring systems with high governance rigour.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity.
• Solid understanding of business financials, including ROI, cost, and margin.
• Must be located in Portugal.
