What you will do

• Lead capital projects from initial specification and design through to onsite installation and commissioning.
• Develop technical solutions for manufacturing equipment aligned with product and process requirements.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making and plant performance.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to global engineering standards.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices across EMEA manufacturing plants.
• Manage project execution, including risk identification, mitigation, and supplier relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project environments.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and machinery layouts.
• Experience working with vendors for equipment specification and commissioning.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project delivery.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Knowledge of machinery systems including PLCs, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Understanding of machine safety standards, risk assessments, and functional safety principles.
