What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction, Core Transfer, and Early Management projects.
• Drive industrialization activities and ensure successful implementation of new products into production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely involvement of technical experts.
• Secure proper documentation and transfer of product knowledge into SOPs and quality control plans.
• Lead quotation activities and production preparation processes.
• Contribute to the development and maturity of WCM practices within the Production Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fluent in Polish language.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proven project management experience related to industrialization or engineering changes.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, or WCM.
