What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of gameplay engineers to foster an inclusive and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the planning, scoping, and delivery of gameplay systems aligned with the game's vision.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to translate creative concepts into technical reality.
• Review and approve technical documentation and architectural decisions for gameplay features.
• Ensure code quality and robust player experiences through best practices and automated testing.
• Contribute to the studio’s overall technical direction and culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a gameplay programmer on one or more AAA titles.
• Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine 4 or 5, specifically in UI/UX or 3Cs.
• Prior experience in line management or leading engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
