What you will do

• Handle full-cycle accounting for the Lithuanian entity, including processing 80-100 supplier invoices monthly using 1C.
• Manage payroll and statutory reporting for 10-15 employees (B2C) and 15-20 contractors (B2B).
• Ensure tax compliance through VAT and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) accounting and reporting.
• Prepare quarterly balance sheets, P&L statements, and audit-ready files for year-end closing.
• Lead communication with Lithuanian tax authorities and external auditors to resolve findings.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise with a chief accountant or controller mindset.
• Proven experience with Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with the 1C accounting system.
• Ability to work independently as a single point of responsibility.
• Availability to work on a B2B contract on a part-time basis.
