What you will do

• Lead product design initiatives by partnering with leadership, engineering, and product teams.
• Design end-to-end user journeys that translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Conduct user research, behavioral analysis, and usability testing to inform product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop design strategies that balance usability, business goals, and product constraints.
• Establish and contribute to scalable design practices and frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of blockchain and DeFi concepts including wallets, gas, and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience designing and shipping blockchain-based products for real customers.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
