What you will do

• Execute hands-on marketing efforts and manage affiliate partner relationships to grow the affiliate scheme.
• Analyze campaign activity to ensure optimal ROI and manage the affiliate budget.
• Build and grow the local community via social channels and moderate local forums and chat groups.
• Develop and implement online and offline event plans and concepts.
• Coordinate inter-departmental cooperation between the Binance team and local ambassadors (Angels).
• Experiment with new content, channels, and creatives to drive acquisition growth.

Requirements

• Professional Indonesian Bahasa (C1+) and English (C1+) spoken and written skills.
• 2+ years of experience launching community initiatives (forums, ambassador programs, social media).
• 1+ years of experience in managing online and offline events.
• Proven track record in engaging communities via Telegram or similar channels.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies, trends, and cultures.
• Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community.
