Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

Full-time/Company:

Responsibilities:

- Build and scale the company's affiliate and referral program.
- Recruit, onboard and manage high-performing affiliates, influencers and introducing partners.
- Develop long-term relationships with key partners and negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements.
- Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns based on KPIs and analyze traffic quality, conversion rates and CLV.
- Identify new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities; coordinate with marketing on promotional materials.
- Detect and prevent affiliate fraud and abusive traffic.
- Continuously improve the referral program to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management.
- Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, iGaming or financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong network of affiliates, media buyers and crypto influencers.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking software.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills; data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Fluent English.

Nice to have:

- Existing network within the crypto industry.
- Experience promoting staking, DeFi, exchanges or crypto investment products.
- Understanding of compliance requirements in crypto marketing across different jurisdictions.
- Experience managing six or seven-figure monthly affiliate budgets.

Benefits:

- Base Salary: USD 2,000/month
- Performance Bonus: Monthly revenue share based on affiliate-generated business.
- Top performers have the potential to earn USD 10,000–50,000+ per month.
