Technical Support/Solution Engineer - Enterprise Solutions (TW or JP or KR)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day customer care and administer hirify.global’s products.
• Respond to and troubleshoot escalated technical questions through written communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve product issues.
• Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize or analyze data.
• Provide technical product advice and solutions to customers and colleagues, including AI-powered solutions with support from the data science team.
• Contribute to new feature enhancements and product development.

Requirements

• Relevant BSc degree and 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Good understanding of programming concepts, such as Python or JavaScript, for troubleshooting and automation.
• Familiarity with data engineering workflows, including ETL processes and data storage solutions.
• Experience navigating and troubleshooting cloud environments.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.
• Ability to use AI tools in daily work, apply prompt engineering, research technical information, and communicate it clearly.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, economics, or statistics.
• Experience in digital marketing, data mining, BI dashboards, or data-driven business decision-making.
• Experience developing agent solutions or working with LLM frameworks such as Langfuse.
• Experience with iOS and Android application development.
