Global Product Support (YTG)

Location: Hsinchu and Tainan, Taiwan. Onsite role with travel required 50% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Analyze, research, and resolve moderately to highly complex equipment software application and systems issues.
• Investigate customer high-value problems, systemic bugs, and software failures.
• Provide customer software support through the software ticketing system and assist field engineers with reported issues.
• Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures.
• Develop customer-facing feature documentation and contribute to software specifications, design, testing, and documentation reviews.
• Train junior engineers, customers, and customer engineers on technical software products, systems issues, and procedures.

Requirements

• Higher-level knowledge and skills in the relevant discipline, with the ability to solve varied and moderately complex problems.
• Technical experience and judgment for analyzing software issues and evaluating possible solutions.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to customers, engineers, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Availability to work in Hsinchu or Tainan, Taiwan, and travel 50% of the time.
