What you will do
- Drive technical discussions and integrations with external partner systems through go-live and ongoing operations.
- Manage EPI compliance requirements and partner certificate operations.
- Investigate system logs, trace APIs, identify impact scope, and perform root-cause analysis for complex operational issues.
- Provide accurate and formal technical responses to internal customer support and relationship management teams, as well as external partners.
- Act as the primary technical contact for financial institutions and external channels during sandbox and production integration issues.
Requirements
- Experience with technical partner integration, API troubleshooting, or payment gateway systems.
- Strong system log analysis, API debugging, and distributed-system tracing skills.
- Working knowledge of RESTful API design, integration security protocols, SSL certification and handshakes, log management tools, and service-flow design.
- Proficiency with Slack, Jira, and Confluence in practical projects.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent technical and compliance issues.
Nice to have
- Experience in payment gateway, acquiring business, or EPI fintech domains.
- Technical or programming experience with Java, Python, or SQL.
