TL;DR
Intelligent Automation Engineer (AI) (Microsoft Power Platform, Azure): Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation, AI solutions, and intelligent workflows that improve customer and employee experiences with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, data integration, and governance. Focus on building secure and scalable integrations with SQL, Snowflake, APIs, and enterprise platforms while solving complex business problems within agile delivery teams.
Location: Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week for full-time employees.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Build AI-enabled solutions and intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms, data sources, and business systems using SQL, Snowflake, APIs, REST, and JSON.
- Support, maintain, and enhance automation solutions to ensure reliability, security, and suitability for business needs.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, engineers, business stakeholders, and citizen developers in agile delivery teams.
- Contribute to governance, reusable development patterns, and best practices for the safe adoption of low-code and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Software development experience with Python or Java.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data integration, and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and modern enterprise integration patterns.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Microsoft AI Services, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, quality engineering, governance, and continuous improvement skills.
