What you will do

• Execute end-to-end Intercompany Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Process approved intercompany debit and credit notes in SAP accurately and on time.
• Support month-end closing activities and complete assigned intercompany tasks within deadlines.
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve intercompany inquiries and issues.
• Serve as a backup for the Global Intercompany AR/AP Team Lead, handling necessary approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting or as a Senior Bookkeeper.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to prepare General Ledger journal entries and reconcile Intercompany balances.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
