Ignitvio is a US-based AI marketing and growth agency. We run SEO, AI search optimization, and lead conversion systems for roofing, HVAC, Dentist and other local professional service companies across Texas, Florida, Arizona, and other US markets.

We are a small, founder-led team: the founder (14 years in enterprise sales), two engineers, and ops support. You would be our first dedicated SEO hire and would own SEO delivery across all client accounts. The founder sells and sets strategy. You deliver.

This role exists so our clients get consistent, high-quality SEO execution every month while the founder focuses on growth. Your work drives client results and client retention, and you will see your impact in real rankings and real revenue for real businesses.

You will own monthly SEO delivery for our client accounts, end to end. Each month, per client:

• Google Business Profile management: weekly posts, photo uploads, products and services updates, Q&A, category and attribute optimization
• Citations: build new citations, audit NAP consistency, clean up incorrect listings across directories and data aggregators
• On-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, image optimization, schema markup
• Keyword research and content briefs using Ahrefs and Semrush for service pages, city pages, and blog posts
• Backlinks: draft and send outreach emails to client partners, suppliers, and local organizations, and manage our link-building vendor (submit target lists, QA delivered links, track anchor text distribution)
• Technical audits: site crawls, Search Console monitoring, indexing issues, clear fix tickets for the dev team
• Rank tracking and reporting: map pack and organic rankings, monthly client reports from GA4 and Search Console
• AI search optimization: execute our checklist for getting clients cited in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
• Client onboarding: baseline audit, delegated access setup for Google Business Profile, Search Console, and GA4, reporting views, initial rankings capture
• Client communication: monthly performance summaries in plain English, answering client SEO questions, and walking clients through results on calls as you ramp

Success is measured on rankings movement, on-time delivery and report quality, and client retention.

2+ years of hands-on local SEO experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.

Daily working use of Ahrefs or Semrush. Both is better.

Experience managing Google Business Profiles for US local businesses.

Excellent written and spoken English. This is a client-facing role. You will write reports that business owners actually read and, as you ramp, present results on client calls.

Honest with data. If something is unknown, you say it is unknown. You never guess and present it as fact.

Organized enough to run the same monthly checklist across multiple clients without dropping items.

4+ hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time, and 6+ hours during your first 60 days for training.

This will be a customer facing role so fluent native sounding spoken English is mandatory

Roofing, HVAC, or home services client experience and professional services like

Screaming Frog, Local Dominator, Ahrefs or similar grid rank trackers

Blog posting for

Basic HTML/CSS, astro, Next.js familiarity (optional)

You already use AI tools like Claude, claude code and / or ChatGPT in your SEO workflow

Experience presenting results directly to US clients

$1,200 to $2,200 USD/month based on experience and trial performance. Top of range is for candidates who can own client communication.
