What you will do

• Execute SEO/GEO strategies across approximately seven different websites based on the overall strategy defined by the Head of SEO.
• Perform keyword research to identify growth opportunities and prepare implementation tickets for developers.
• Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts to ensure content is easily surfaced and cited by LLMs.
• Create detailed SEO content briefs for copywriters and review completed content for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits to resolve crawlability, indexation, and structured data issues.
• Monitor and report on rankings, organic traffic, and AI-referral KPIs on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional SEO experience, including managing SEO across multiple websites or products.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and its differences from traditional SEO.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools such as Claude is a must-have for daily use.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Must be based within ± 4 hours of the CET timezone.
