SEO Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, search visibility, and qualified leads in the East Asia market.
• Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page audits; identify opportunities and coordinate implementation.
• Perform keyword research, clustering, competitor analysis, content optimization, and site-structure improvements.
• Improve crawling, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, mobile optimization, and backlink quality.
• Track traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and other KPIs; prepare reports and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, product, design, development, and marketing teams while adapting to Google algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven organic-growth results on international projects.
• Hands-on SEO experience in the East Asia market, including local search behavior and market-specific requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Google search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Strong technical SEO skills covering audits, crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first optimization.
• Experience with Content SEO, keyword research, clustering, on-page optimization, content mapping, and semantic SEO.
• Experience with Link Building, backlink analysis, outreach coordination, and toxic backlink management.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Experience with WordPress or custom CMS platforms and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for SEO purposes.
• Strong analytical, ownership, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial and trading terminology, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, and crypto.
