What you will do

• Perform pre-preg carbon fibre lay-up according to engineering drawings, ply books, and work instructions.
• Manufacture complex structural parts and Class A surfaces using carbon and glass fibres.
• Prepare moulds and tooling, including cleaning and applying release agents.
• Execute vacuum bagging techniques, including peel ply and breather/bleeder layers.
• Support and monitor autoclave and oven curing cycles to ensure adherence to process parameters.
• Conduct post-cure handling, de-bagging, and initial component inspection.

Requirements

• Experience in carbon fibre and glass fibre material handling.
• Proficiency in vacuum bagging and autoclave processing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and ply books.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rotherham.
