What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to support FinTech initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into clear requirements, EPICs, user stories, and solution concepts.
- Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and vendors to drive successful solution design and delivery.
- Manage product development plans and oversee backlog governance within the squad.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to elicit and model functional requirements and flowcharts.
- Provide coaching and institutional knowledge to ensure all relevant information is understood by stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Giza, Egypt.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or an equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of the banking sector, specifically payments and banking products.
- Expertise in Agile methodology and proven experience in eliciting requirements.
- Engineering graduate degree.
- English: Strong written and verbal communication skills (B2+).
Nice to have
- Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or Certified SAFe Product Owner.
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization tools.
