What you will do

• Lead the Business Analysis function for FinTech products, managing a team of business analysts.
• Drive business requirements analysis, roadmap planning, and solution definition for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with architecture, technical, and finance teams to define business needs and ensure end-to-end benefit realization.
• Develop requirements, User Stories, and Request For Proposal (RFP) materials to support Agile delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit and model functional requirements.
• Work with finance and insights teams to develop and optimize reporting models.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or equivalent.
• Must be an Engineering graduate.
• Deep knowledge of the banking sector, specifically Wallets, Payments, and Banking products.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and requirements elicitation.
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization techniques and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Certified SAFe® Product Owner (PO).
