What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, and backlog refinement meetings.
• Analyze current processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future processes (TO-BE) to identify automation opportunities.
• Provide continuous functional support to development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Collaborate with QA teams on test case design and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage documentation and maintain the team’s knowledge base to ensure long-term platform traceability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and financial regulatory frameworks (BCRA preferred).
• Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong ability to write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present definitions to stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Nice to have

• Experience managing requirements with external vendors and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience analyzing platform metrics and product KPIs.
• Knowledge of agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
