What you will do

• Develop new functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements for the Digital Banking Platform.
• Take ownership of the entire software development life cycle from initial idea to release.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical vision and best practices.
• Own the AI lifecycle from ideation to global deployment, impacting millions of users worldwide.
• Work within a Spotify-inspired model (Tribes, Guilds, Chapters) using Scrum with two-week sprints.

Requirements

• Solid background in software development and design.
• Proficiency in Java, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases and Spring JPA / Hibernate.
• Proven experience with microservices, Cloud, and Apache Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and non-functionals (security, performance, scalability).
• English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (C1)

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking domain or Fintech products.
• Knowledge of Netflix OSS.
