What you will do

• Own the end-to-end M&A and corporate development strategy for B2B and B2C domains.
• Define the inorganic growth thesis, identifying targets, whitespace, and strategic gaps.
• Lead the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, valuation, modeling, diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage a proprietary pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership targets.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Oversee the handoff from diligence to post-merger integration (PMI).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, PE, VC, or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record of leading deals from origination through close and integration.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in Israel (unable to sponsor visas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
