What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and integrations of the Quote to Revenue architecture, including Zuora CPQ, Billing, and RevPro.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting and Operations to convert business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Lead the configuration of Zuora CPQ, Billing, and RevPro to support subscription management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Develop system integrations and automations through platforms like Workato.
• Ensure system compliance with internal control standards and financial regulations such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Coordinate end-to-end dependencies between Salesforce CRM, Zuora, and NetSuite GL.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant in billing and revenue recognition systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ, Billing, and Zuora RevPro.
• Deep understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition compliance standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
• Knowledge of integrating Zuora with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP.
• Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience with data warehousing and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
