What you will do
- Design and execute tailored adoption playbooks and change-management strategies for enterprise clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor to align AI capabilities with client goals and legal workflows to maximize value.
- Manage a structured operating cadence including success plans, enablement, and value reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, and Engineering to accelerate client success.
- Identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs from sales to delivery.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to inform the product roadmap and positioning.
Requirements
- Strong background in management consulting, ideally at a leading global firm.
- Proven experience designing and delivering change management and adoption programs within large, complex organizations.
- Track record of working with enterprise clients and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong program and project management skills across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for boardroom-level conversations.
- Must be based in Sydney for on-site work.

- Experience within high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
