What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans across UI, API, and backend systems.
• Build and scale automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and other industry-standard tools.
• Develop testing infrastructure for automated service validation to shift quality efforts into backend systems.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and quality gates in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of defects and drive timely resolutions.
• Promote and embed a shift-left testing approach across the entire software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including designing and executing test plans.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automated tests for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and contract testing frameworks like Pact.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker.

Nice to have

• Test or development experience on non-PC devices (consoles, mobile phones, set-top boxes).
• Experience with React Native.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed system testing.
• Experience with performance, load, and scalability testing tools.
