What you will do

• Inspect railcar frames, bodies, safety appliances, and wheels for defects.
• Maintain, replace, and repair air brake components to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operate electrical and gas welding equipment to join, cut, and shape metal parts.
• Operate specialized off-highway motor vehicles including forklifts and mobile cranes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and participate in daily safety conversations.

Requirements

• Must be able to report for duty at the designated work location in Minot, ND.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and around loud machinery.
