Manufacturing Engineer

TL;DR

Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing): Designing manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies with an accent on interpreting engineering prints and implementing production improvements. Salary: $32.00 - $43.00 Hourly (Contract)

What you will do

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies.
• Interpret engineering prints to design processes and implement production improvements.
• Support the production floor by working with the operations team on continuous improvement.
• Design, procure, and implement tooling to support manufacturing processes.
• Inspect machinery and equipment performance to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure all processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations and specifications.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• BS degree with 4-8 years of experience or MS with 2-6 years of experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in General Assembly, AutoCAD, and Blueprint Reading.
• 1-2 years of experience with Circuit Cards and Circuit Card Assembly processes.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cable Harness and Wire harness print reading.
• Knowledge of J-STD-001 standards.
• Experience with Surface Mount Technology.
• Background in Electromechanical Subassembly.
