Manufacturing Engineer (US Citizenship REQUIRED)

Location: Onsite in Clearwater, Florida 34677; US citizenship required; no relocation package

Salary: $32.00–$43.00 per hour; contract assignment includes no health benefits and no paid PTO.

hirify.global is hiring for a contract-to-hire manufacturing engineering position.

What you will do

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies.
• Interpret engineering prints and collaborate with design engineering on production improvements.
• Support the production floor and operations team through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, procure, and implement tooling for manufacturing processes.
• Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans and verify machinery, equipment, and tool efficiency.
• Investigate deficiencies, initiate corrective actions, and ensure processes comply with regulations and specifications.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of experience or master’s degree with 2–6 years of experience.
• 1–2 years of experience with general assembly, AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and circuit cards.
• Knowledge of circuit card assembly and subassembly processes.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs and lift at least 20 pounds.

• Cable harness and wire harness print-reading experience.
• J-STD-001 knowledge.
• Surface mount technology experience.
• Electromechanical subassembly experience.
• Process-writing experience.
