What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions to automate administrative and operational processes.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and visual analytics to support business and manufacturing operations.
• Transform raw data from ERP, MES, and databases into actionable strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Document automation workflows, technical specifications, and analytics standards.
• Promote a digital transformation culture through scalable reporting and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience integrating systems with SAP/ERP, MES, or IoT.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating APIs, ERP systems, or cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPS, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, scripting, or advanced analytics tools.
