What you will do

• Design and own core Python framework components, including the declarative build graph and run-record store.
• Build simulator backend abstractions for Cadence Xcelium and Synopsys VCS.
• Assemble token-efficient failure bundles for downstream AI agent debugging.
• Integrate compute-grid job submission, results dashboards, and CI pipelines.
• Author reusable AI agent skills, prompts, and evaluation harnesses.
• Package, deploy, and operate the verification flow across global sites.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience (strong new graduates encouraged).
• Strong, idiomatic Python skills and command-line tooling.
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, and data structures (specifically DAGs).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hardware verification fundamentals, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
• Hands-on experience with EDA simulators (Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS).
• Understanding of coverage collection, merge, and closure.
• Experience with MCP or compute-grid scheduling (LSF, SLURM, SGE).
