What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for PR agencies globally, setting priorities and managing timelines to align with company goals.
• Execute end-to-end media relations in US and European markets, including drafting press releases, pitches, and managing rapid-response opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Research Pod and product teams to translate threat research and vulnerability discoveries into news stories.
• Drive thought leadership programs by managing bylines, contributed articles, and speaking opportunities for executives.
• Prepare spokespeople with briefing materials, talking points, and media training.
• Track and report on PR performance metrics such as coverage quality and share of voice to optimize global programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of PR experience in B2B technology, specifically in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Must be based in the US (East Coast or Central time zones).
• Experience running PR programs across both US and European markets and navigating different media landscapes.
• Proven track record of managing PR agency relationships and holding partners accountable.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple concurrent programs with competing deadlines.

• Existing relationships with cybersecurity and business/tech media in the US and/or Europe.
• Experience promoting security research or data-driven reports.
