Location: Hybrid (Universal City, CA). Must contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated regional publicity and promotional campaigns including grassroots initiatives and in-market partnerships.
• Identify campaign extensions to reach specialized audiences, such as Faith, LGBTQIA+, and Multicultural communities.
• Serve as the primary liaison for field publicity and promotional agencies, providing strategic direction and overseeing execution.
• Plan and execute regional press days, talent appearances, and promotional tours, including all logistics and on-site oversight.
• Cultivate relationships with local media to secure coverage across broadcast, print, radio, and digital platforms.
• Monitor regional media coverage and compile comprehensive campaign performance reports for studio leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in publicity, with direct experience in film publicity.
• Prior experience working with agencies and talent representatives.
• Strong existing working relationships with journalists, talent representatives, and guilds.
• Proven track record of organizing and executing events and premieres.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior executives and filmmakers.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
