What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly technical and product documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to gather information and validate technical content.
• Define, implement, and enforce documentation standards, templates, and best practices.
• Organize and structure documentation for easy navigation, accessibility, and usability.
• Coordinate documentation updates in parallel with product development cycles and releases.
• Manage documentation versioning and ensure proper lifecycle maintenance across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within software or technology environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Experience with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence, Markdown, or Git-based systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product.
• Ability and willingness to actively use AI-assisted tools as part of the daily documentation workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience writing API or developer-focused documentation.
• Familiarity with UX writing and content design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or technical tooling for documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with documentation frameworks or static site generators like Docusaurus or MkDocs.
