What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of complex renewable energy assets to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Assume P&L responsibility, including preparing annual budgets and analyzing variances.
• Act as the Owner’s Representative for various project portfolios within hirify.global Clean Energy.
• Ensure strict compliance with Power Purchase Agreements, Hedge Agreements, Interconnection, and Financing Agreements.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and manage relationships with regulatory agencies (EIA, CEC, FERC).
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify revenue-increasing and risk-mitigation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Louisville, CO.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry or asset management.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other quantitative fields.
• Strong understanding of project finance, legal contracts, and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% between offices and sites.
