What you will do

• Search across platforms and communities to identify emerging talent and proactively reach out to creators.
• Initiate cold outreach and persuade creators to join the hirify.global community.
• Guide creators through their initial onboarding steps to ensure a successful first stream.
• Collaborate closely with the Brazil team to identify and engage Brazilian Portuguese-speaking talent.
• Manage the outreach pipeline in a CRM, logging all touchpoints and maintaining clean records.
• Hand off successfully onboarded creators to Strategic Partner Managers with detailed context for further development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work and be paid in the US.
• Full fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Ability to work hours aligned to Brazil's time zone to collaborate with the local team and creators.
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy, internet culture, and rising trends across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Comfort with CRM and creator-analytics tools for efficient pipeline management.

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator.
• Existing relationships with a wide variety of Brazilian Portuguese-speaking content creators.
• Intimate knowledge of the Brazilian creator landscape and local communities.
