What you will do

• Serve as a key point of contact for members navigating their pharmacy and healthcare needs.
• Conduct outbound educational telephone calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacists regarding medication adherence.
• Manage inbound customer service inquiries and resolve problems related to medications and health plan benefits.
• Motivate members to become compliant by coordinating prescription refills and communication with providers.
• Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to promote quality care and positive health outcomes.

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or NHA) is required.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or comparable customer service environment.
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
