What you will do

• Produce branded marketing materials including brochures, email blasts, websites, and proposals to promote property listings.
• Design tailored print and digital collateral that brings client property stories to life.
• Convert research-based data into visually compelling market reports, infographics, and statistical charts.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production.
• Translate core commercial real estate concepts into effective design strategies.
• Monitor design and marketing trends to maintain brand awareness and professional positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience specifically within commercial real estate.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills for a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dreamweaver, HTML, or website development platforms.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and video production/editing.
