What you will do

• Lead design and video projects from wireframe through final production.
• Create and integrate visual, audio, and interactive content for digital platforms and presentations.
• Independently manage production workflows for design concepts, photo shoots, video shoots, and animations.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure multimedia products meet technical requirements.
• Ensure all multimedia products comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Support post-production tasks, including color correction and sound mixing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in digital media production and design software.
• Proficiency with industry-standard video and design production tools.
• Ability to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in McLean, VA.
• Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
