What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces to ensure targets for revenue and profitability are met.
• Oversee media planning, budgeting, and execution, optimizing weekly spend based on campaign performance and market trends.
• Manage inventory planning and health, forecasting risks and resolving supply constraints to maintain optimal in-stock positions.
• Drive data-driven strategies and translate complex performance metrics into executive-ready presentations and actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and Amazon Ads partners, establishing priorities and holding them accountable to KPIs.
• Own the marketplace product portfolio, ensuring high-quality product detail pages and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, integrated media, marketplace, or retail business management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center best practices.
• Proven track record of managing external agencies and leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Experience communicating strategic recommendations and business reviews to senior leadership.
